Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the condition you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a return, email harleyjamessmith2004@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll confirm whether the return is approved and provide the return address and instructions. Please do not send an item back before receiving approval. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assess the issue and make it right.

Exceptions
We cannot accept returns for used items, gift cards, or items damaged after delivery.

Refunds
Once your approved return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
